CAN'T TAKE MY EYES OFF YOU

This is a short expository/essay film co-directed by myself and Joe Hilty.

 

Supplemented with archive footage, this film follows the testimonies of five individuals who have grown up in the digital era and have extensive experience using dating apps. It investigates how mobile dating apps like Tinder have established a precedent for the gamification of courtship and, as a result, have irrevocably altered the parameters of dating, relationships, and love.
