PASSION PROJECTS
I am passionate about telling intimate, character-driven stories by marrying together visual media and extensive ethnographic research. My work so far has explored the lives of a diverse range of people, including Tinder users, mothers and daughters, an LGBTQ+ choir, and wild swimmers.
IN-HOUSE WORK
During my 10 months in Ho Chi Minh City, I worked as a producer / director for the documentary side of RICE Content & Media. RICE is a dynamic Vietnam-based production company that produces both commercial and documentary films, they craft films that unveil the uniqueness and charm of everyday life. From street food vendors to ancient teapot collectors, I contributed to these narratives through research, casting, scripting, and planning and running shoots and edits.
